Steps to take when searching to buy a property:

Get Pre-Qualified with a lender

In this fast paced market, it is critical that you have a pre-qualification in hand with a lender to know the price range to search in, and to present an offer. We have a list of tried & true lenders that we can recommend that help in the buying process smoothly.

Time to search

As Realtors®, we have the MLS and many other resources at our fingertips to search. We will start the customized search for you, schedule showings, and go to open houses.

Submit an offer

You found the right property, now let us write your offer to present to the sellers. This will take some special knowledge and skill from us, and may require negotiations, but that is what we are trained to do.

Due Diligence

Once under contract, you will have a certain length of time indicated on the offer to perform inspections and due diligence items. We will help you with providing a list of professionals, and scheduling them, as well as be at the inspections even if you can't. Deals can take 30-60 days from start to finish. This will depend on the lender and and due diligence findings.

Closing time

You have successfully made it past inspections and appraisals, and now it is time to close and get your keys. The title company will prepare the title search, the deed, and all prorations, as well as work with the lender for the financials. We will help guide you all the way to the closing table and make sure you are happy.
